It depends on the ve. 20VE is 10.3, 16VE and 20V are 11:1. I would imagine you need at least 87 octane, and that depends on where you live. Higher elevation will need less octane.

an yes just add a lil bit to some 93 an your good dont add more then a coke can .

this is to be used under high load or 16* an up of timing.

you need the highest that the pump will offer relative to elevation.

I got a bottle of some good 130oct sitting here waiting to be used.
