almost all chrystler cars from early 90's to maybe present. it's the worst spot in the world to place a battery and makes it the biggest PITA EVER! Sure you could spend all that time fabricating that nifty little box to house your battery and spend the extra money on materials and say you did something different and "hid" the battery, but have fun changing it or pulling it out if you're doing something to the car.

Same feelings here. While I agree that it's pretty sweet work, and a great idea, the only reason I can see that putting it there is good is if it's a necessity. If you don't need to make a dropped down box for it, just keep it in it's home. Otherwise, it's be worth it to move it to the trunk.

Still, I'd love to see it done on a car. And good welding by the owner of the pics. Not a fun angle to get at in there.

I am not so much the fan of chassis cutting. Even if its just some sheet metal.
