Trick Battery Relocation Idea
Was going to hold out on sharing this until I actually did it to the P10 but I decided to share it. No point in withholding info if someone else can benefit from it.

Good for someone who doesn't need this area to run piping for an intake or intercooler piping. Even then there are still ways around it if you use your brain.

Pictures are from an S13 IIRC.

Its not mine. I just stole the pics from a different forum. You'll have to do some research on that.

Looks like it would take alot of fabrication and the weight is still on the front end where it shouldn't be.

Hate to thread jack, but this is what I did with my battery.

Yeah but I think this is a idea for those that dont want to run the battery to the back, esp. if you drag race. I am going to use a billet bracket to mount my little odyssey 680 on the side of the frame rail.

use a lite weight battery and you would be loosing a good bit of weight.

Yea, I was going to say still in the front ?? Mabie for a FWD Drag car , but for Road course, auto X or RWD I would rather move it to the back or center of the car.... I mounted mine in the bottom center of where the spare tire would go ....Eventually will have to move it when I go with a cell, but at that time it will probably go in a custom mount next to the cell or in a welded box in the pass seat area ......
