Thread: New color change?

So I have a quick question. My 200sx is going back in to get repainted sometime soon since it got hit so I was wondering...should I change the color? Here is a semi recent pic when I changed the fenders and bumper.



Give up some ideas. I love the current color but might want to try something different. I was thinking Java black Pearl, Pearl White, the current color, or Autumn Sunburst.

Also I just recently got some CF materials and was wondering if I should wrap my sideskirts in carbon fiber to match my SK front lip?

gonna look weird unless you pull your motor and repaint the engine bay also :/ I'd do the current color

The engine is out right now since Im building my VE-T motor. Everything is stripped out of the bay right now.

Same color, unless you're willing to paint every metal surface including behind interior pieces.

well. I did the paint job that is on right now. This time its going in to a shop and getting done on the guys insurance So it would be a full paint job.

So you found the guy? If its an original Pacific Sun Blue car then don't change it. Those cars are too rare and some would consider it a minor sin. I always liked Autumn Sunburst and I'll throw in Arctic Timber Frost (or whatever it was called)

Well it turned out to be my dads equipment mechanic so its going on his insurance. My color is actually from the Dodge Viper GTS. To be honest Ive never liked the Pacific blue, just because its a tad too light. I like Autumn Sunburst because its different while being OEM. Ive only seen 1 in person. Plus I like the color orange and Sunburst is tasteful.

Autumn Sunburst, if you're not keeping it the same color. Have yet to see that on a B14.

Very rare color for B14's. I have only seen on SE-R this color in person.

I also think that color would go very well with the carbon fiber I have going on. Trunk, hood, lip, B pillars. So also should I wrap my sideskirts?
