let me rephrase my reply above: i'm staring at my 99 sentra se-l and see the same open connector mounted on the passenger strut tower.

This doesn't make any sense. Nissan would not make a useless plug, it's there for a reason.

2 plugs thought it was just one1. the big one and then the ground, that small one thats left plugs into your ac compressor dont it...

yeah, there both on the alternator harness to this one is not.

I briefly checked, and couldn't find anything but didn't look to hard lol. Not worried about it. I don't know where it goes nor do I remember unplugging it so it has to be to nothing lol
