Thread: throwing codes! help!

alright so after my thermal spacers install i experienced some idle issues, also what ive noticed is that whenever i go and put gas when im about to leave on the 1st start up the car dies on me..idk if its because i released the pressure and there is a vacuum leak or something but it dies..

i got home and i took off the cap to see what codes it would throw.and i got

p1491
vacuum cut valve bypass valve

p0505
idle air control system


anyone have any idea where the issue could be? im thinking it is a vacuum leak but idk where, did i mess something up..

also what happened when i was putting stuff back together was that my brother reversed the fuel lines when he connected them to the fuel rail and i tried starting the car about 3-4 times which caused pressure to built in the wrong directions on the fuel rail..could that have messed up the fuel pump or maybe my injectors?
