I say get the best brake setup for the money

NX2000 Calipers $100 ( well you got them already.
Fastbrakes braket $150
Fastbrakes 11.75 rotor $120
Braided lines $100

Maxima back Calipers $80
JDM NX2000 Rear rotors $50

Thats alot of stopping power for under $600.

Altima Master $40

the only down side IMO is that you need a 16" or bigger rim for this

I did not know that Fastbrakes makes a bracket that can be used with the NX2000 caliper and the Fastbrakes 11.75" rotor. That is something worth thinking about.

But I do not know whether nissansr20nx needs to invest in a brake upgrade to this level. At the end of the day, tires become the limiting factor in how well a car stops as long as fade is avoided -- and the NX2000 calipers/rotors pretty much take care of that for an NA car.

Personal opinion: I would probably run the 11" kit if I had to do it over. I love my 11.75" setup, but I think the 11" would deliver the same response. The bigger 11.75" kit really reduces your options on 15" wheels, and if you go larger then tires start to cost more.

To the original question, I would stick with NX brakes and buy good track pads (Panther + or similar). I don't think the G20 rear brakes do much except look good - I have CS's rear BABK.

Rodney,
w/ only nx brakes, nx slotted rotors, ebc's (I know, I know) and stainless lines and mc on my sentra, I could lock them all up at ANY speed on the street... It was enough for me...

I had the old 11" fastbrakes kit using the AD22 NX calipers & VW rotors, maxima rears with carbotech bobcats all around wtih an Altima MC and I tell you the braking performance was absolutely amazing. So I think for the street they are more than enough.

VW?
which VW rotor are you referring to? I could probably search it on the old site but who wants to go there anymore...

Been arguing with some of my favorite folks over in the classic section on this - What will make you safest on the street or fastest on the track is proper f/r balance, usually referred to as bias. I've learned (a few times the hard way :-) ) to believe whatever Dre says, but I don't know what the final bias is on his setup. With ad22vf's, stock rears, el cheapo rotors and Bobcats, the stock mc resulted in too much front bias - the rears (duh, of course) were helping even less than with the itsy bitsy stock fronts. There are three solutions: 1. increase the swept area of the rears (e.g., maxima conversion). Unknown in terms of proper bias. 2. Install adjustable bias valving. Ideal; all you need to do is go out to the track (or an empty parking lot) and adjust for maximum braking (without having the rear end come around to say hi). BUT you have to cut into the system. 3. Dig up a new (yes, new, can't be had for sure as rebuild as the rebuilders don't differentiate nx vs. classic) nx2k mc with the proper valves (or take them off a wrecked one if you know they're original). The nx2k bias valves (the funny looking six-sided pots screwed into the mc with the lines screwed into those) were set by the development engineers for those fat front brakes and small rears. 3 works pretty well; made a noticeable difference, especially with the worthless tires all my research led me astray to (BS RE950's). Greg can find the mc.
