If you have an auto, the IACV is a bear to retrofit. The wires had too much resistance and melted/snapped. The engine itself even with the throttle open a touch to compensate for the lack of an iacv wouldnt hold idle. I mean, if you had an ecu for the highport engine and the harness for it etc. then it would work but b15 ecu with highport engine will not work.

did you swap the rr manifold or the entire head?
