good to hear you fixed your issue. i was having similar symptoms. i did the same things you did. end result was my tune was EXTREMELY rich. i turned down the k-value a tad, and padow! always the simple sh*t!

Rather than start my own thread, I'm having similar issues. However I can't get my plugs out to check and see what's going on there. This is the reason why:
The boot on these old crappy non-OEM plug wires is stuck around the sparkplug. How do I get this thing out of the hole so I can get my plug wrench socket on the plug?

Yea, I improvised, used a bent tip of a hanger. Got it out. I have spark, injector isnt working it looks like. Anyone got a set of stock injectors? Love to nab those and throw them in. Thanks!
