I tried searching, but couldn't find anything

can someone tell me why whenever I come to the site the page jumps to some CJB.net advertisement. and why can't I stay logged in? I sign in, then go to another thread and I'm signed out. I try to post, sign in, then type and before I can post I have to sign in again.
it almost makes the site unbearable

I've never had this problem. Sounds like you have some spyware/malware going on.

Try using Lavasoft Ad-Aware. That with Spybot S&D is normally a 1-2 punch to malware. Sounds like you had your browser hijacked.

Yup, i run Spybot and Adware and never have issues. Also you might want some type of constant protection like Panda software, they are pretty good and include a firewall.

I have no problems with spyware. I'm on a brand new computer and I get the problems with any computer I use. and its only with this site.

it definetly has something to do with the site. everytime I open the page I get a ghostbusters ad from CJB.net, just like in theweb address.

and I have no log in issues with any of the other numeraous forums I frequent

anyone else have similar issues? I dont run popup adverts or anything like that on the forum... sounds like a spy/malware issue to me.

For a few days a bit ago, if I just typed in sr20-forum.com into my address bar, I would get a "301 Moved Permanently" page. But then if I used another link in my browser history, I could still access the site. I no longer have that problem and I never experienced any logging in/out issues as discussed by the OP.

I think I figured it out.
I think when I searched for the forum I got some spam re-direct page and saved it to my favorits that way. because I just realized when isfahan said he typed the address. that is was different then the one in my browser. mine had cji.net or something like that in the middle. I changed it in my favorites so we'll see what happens now
