go to a ghetto welding shop, they usually charge the least for the same job.

I had this done once at a Meniekee for $40. I was going with a 98 exhaust on a 96 though.

With the pic you posted: Red, you cut then reweld, pretty straightforward. Blue, you could cut off the flange and the piping you don't need and weld on a new flange for a couple dollars more.

Either spot would work tho.

Yes it does have hangers on it. So okay red it is.

The shop i work at charges around $70 an hour for light duty stuff. So i would think under $100 would be reasonable.

Cheapest isnt always best, if you end up having to get it re-done cause it leaks like mad, or old Steve forgot to turn the gas on for the welder

This is a system for a 95-97200sx, I have a 98, so I have the longer cat and I need to have this exhaust shortened an inch and a half.

Just go to ed hansons muffler in spring valley... Oh and if it cost a little bit of money.... its probably done right with most people especially with him

Is that an actual greddy catback? If so, I had the same setup on my 99 SE-L and it still fits and it looks like this: (go to last post)

IMO it still looks fine like this, but you really dont have to cut it.
