11k includes headers and ecu/wiring basically everything you need to start the car. Not too bad of a deal.

that's some crazy efficiency but at what price , i wouldn't buy 11k worth of na power
it must be intensively peaky
an on a sidenote you can get a much more reliable 300hp turbo engine
