so why did they use the GTIR block and not the general SR20 NA stuff

nissan kinda ripped off the P11 Primera with the BTCC stuff, for example the P11 has beam rear suspension, in BTCC nissan knew this wouldnt cut the mustard so went back to the old rear suspension on the new car

and they didnt actually use the P11 engine at all, but just used a GTIR minus the turbo etc? thinking back im surprised they met the regulations and were able to race at all with that car given the differences beteween the BTCC and the road going version...

use the RWD braket, no custom work needed.



to hide the massive port work?

guys wasnt somebody on the other forum doing this and made pretty good power, im not sure if he went all out but he was doing an N/A gtir block
