Thread: tinting headlights/tails

what should i use? i was thinking of just using a very thing paint mix and shooting it out of a gun or there was aeresol cans too which i think would be much cheaper. any ideas?

i'm actually doing both...my friend who owned a shop, mixed black paint and i guess reducer and paint my bumper lenses black(very dark) and the light shines right thru it, he did it like 4 days ago...and i also ordered from ebay that transparent tail light spray paint to smoke out your tails, it's arrives tomorrow so imma use that for my tails and possibly my front corner lenses, both can be used...

how much did u pay for that stuff off ebay?

^^it came up to about $25, i had to wait like an extra 2 weeks because they were out of stock, but it has been shipped and i have a tracking number, it'll arrive tomorrow from UPS. you can also check around at some specialty stores, or truck outfitters, aftermarket stores, regular autostores will give u a blank dumb look
