Where to buy ROTA wheels?

Where to buy ROTA wheels cheap with free shipping? I saw a website with free shipping while ago and i cant find it.

Im looking for 15x7 ROTA Slip stream, flat black. Two with ET40 and two with ET25.

I got mine from Suby Dude, but typing in that website pulls up Wheels Dude. They show Slipstreams on their website, but I cannot vouch for them. The people at Suby Dude were nice and helped me with mine (Circuit 8's purchased 5 years ago).

Btw, are you looking for free shipping to the Czech Republic?

I think SubyDude may have become WheelDude. I seem to remember seeing that statement somewhere - Zilvia maybe? I could be wrong though, and it's worth checking out.
