Motor was super clean, not cleaned at all prior to those pics - right out of the donor. Looks like it was hooked up to an AT maybe, not a trace of clutch dust here:

The intake side of the motor really show little old lady owner, the area where the fuel spray hits is usually cleaned by the detergents in the gas, if you ever see WOT, all this motor ever saw was a spittle's worth of throttle. Somewhere I have those pics, internals.

HTH

in the last pic i see an extra hole in the crank, is that for a reason?

dowel maybe? but for what?

Have EGR and cast iron manifold w/o2 sensor

Also has the shorter drain tube

I guess the only way to know it's taking out a spark

I took out a spark and used a flashlight but couldn't see more than a lil' ring, also the material of the pistons is silver (real clean silver) meanwhile most of 9.5:1 pistons I have seen look dark, anyway that should not mean that's a 10:1 but maybe that's a chance.

Here's my engine (93 SE-R)
I removed the EGR
VC is champagne

What do you guys think???

how to know if you have a 10:1?
if your lowport red top is really 10:1 you should have ..besides a red vc a oil psi reading sensor....
intake manifold will be stamped UK.

^If that is a USDM motor it is not 10.1. You said that your A/C works, so I'm going to assume that you changed your intake manifold for a JDM intake manifold or dropped the motor from the bottom in a JDM motor swap?

I bought the car 1 year ago 120k miles on clock, I haven't done anything else that removing the EGR

Does the color of the piston would help me figure this out? I mean, I compared with some other 9.5 engines and the color in those is black, in my engine the color is alluminium (silver) very clean silver btw

^If it's a USDM motor it's not 10.1. You have a 9.5 motor. This is only for the JDM guys. All the UK motors with red VC's are 10.1 lowport and highport.
