Thread: Muffler suggestions???

Ok to start off with, my car is WAY too loud. It didn't bother me for a while but it's just rediculously loud. The muffler that is on there is pretty much useless. It is more of a resonator than a muffler. I recently came across the info for it and it said that there was a 2-4 decibal decrease when compared to a straight pipe lol. Anyway it's up in the middle of the car under the shifter, and the pipe is still routed out to the back behind the rear passenger tire. I'm wanting to put a muffler back there and keep the one on now as a resonator, but I'm unsure of what to get. I'm wanting more of a normal muffler instead of the usual ricey looking bs, but don't know what any of them will sound like on my car lol. The exhaust is all 3 inch btw. Can any of you reccomend anything?
