The reason I said hit us up, because it's a little more then just turning the screw.
While the car is running, and is at worm working condition (water temp needle in the middle), you need to unplug your TPS sensor, then get in the car and rev the engine past 2k rpm two or three times. After that just connect the TPS back up and turn off the car, then turn it back on and you should be set.

The reason you need to unplug the TPS is because if you don't the ECU will over correct your changes and the idle will keep on being the same.
