my buddies det broke 2 rocker arms and bent one valve when he missed 4th

bad luck right there, lol it rarely damages valves when that happens

Hey.i pulled the vc,and pulled out 6 pieces of metal that were once my rockers
im pretty sure i bent a valve.i unplugged the injector on that cylinder,theres still alot of backfire,and the exhaust sucks your hand back in like a damaged exhaust valve.and judging from the gouge on that cam lobe that i saw,it looks like somewhere around 9500 the piston knocked the valve back up against the rocker,shattering it and hurting the cam too.my buddys nringin me his spare head tonite,but thanks for your offers guys.ill be sure to post if i end up needing something else.btw,how hard is it to get the chain off without screwing up the timing?ive done timing belts before but not chains

I have a completely good DE head sitting on a motor that came out of the car running but with low comp, I think bad rings. Never knocked or anything. I'll ditch it cheap if you want it. And by that I mean pay shipping and maybe $25 for the time it takes to get it apart... if you want another spare...
