Further, Andreas stating categorically that these are better than OEM is enough for me. I'd be down for a set in another couple of weeks (Group Buy?). I just need to recover financially from my blown (getting replaced with a B15) tranny.

I pm'd speedy with my willingness to do a gb if he wanted - Just to give me the pricing on the items themselves, and I would take care of the rest. This will be my 2nd gb, so not a big deal. We'll see if he responds positivily.

hey whats up man. i wouldn't have any problem helping doing a gb. i think that the best man to talk to is going to be gregv at gspec.

i'm saying this is because the racing beat just wants to know that they are selling a quality product. so they prefer to be able to deal in person. they want to make sure that they have the right lengths and such.

don't get me wrong my set came out great. but i did have to adjust the rubber boot the goes into the hole. to make sure the dustcap snapped down. that's something i'm sure they would want to know. you wouldn't want sets where that adjustment has to be made on site.

this is where gregv comes in. gspec and racing beat are only 47mi away. it would be pretty easy for them to communicate and set up something. and greg can buy bulk sets like they'd want.

i'm not shooting it down though. if greg has no interest i'd be happy to help. i can contact them and send my set in to be copied.

bluerb240 even offered me to go to let them test fit (he was out of town when they did mine), but i'm sure he'd help out. he said he's pretty close to them too.

someone in the greater los angeles area is going to be best to help because they are local to racing beat and can meet in person.
