New spark plug wire options.
So I was at Pep boys yesterday looking at Accel plug wires and they had # 7912 made for the 91 up Honda Accord. I compared them to my stock wires and they looked identical even in length ( I have a VET) I asked my buddy who works there if I could check em out and sure enough they plug right in and worked great. I figured I would just let everyone know this if your looking for more options (even though everyone and their mom will say stock wires FTW!!!11!)

Sorry to say bro, but stockers are like $50 new and will outlast the $100 wires

I wish the stockers had less resistance

How bad are they? I wonder what makes the aftermarket ones not last long on our engines

The stock wires have a lot of resistance. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 1k per foot. They have tons more resistance compared to an msd wire or something similar. MSD wires have almost no resistance.

As long as it is shielded right, a lower resistance wire will perform better. I am not sure how long they would last though.

Do you not sell them anymore, or did you run out?

The reason I posted this is because parts for hondas are usually cheaper for things like this due to popularity I would get ultras but I'm unsure who makes them because a lot of brands use the term ultra and power.
