Thread: b13 ga16de to sr20de

well i'm getting ready to get this swap done

i pretty much know how to do all of the mechanical aspects of the project
i would just like to know if anybody has done a detailed writeup on this

and on the wiring i know there is like 3 parts to the harness
what is it? main, tranny, and a the harness behind the dash??

do i have to pull the dash or anything?
i just wanna make sure i have everything covered before i start tearing into it
cause doing this will make BOTH of my cars non operational untill i'm done!!


hoping i can get it done within a week,
nowhere near our my personal of 16 hours for an sr20det swap into a 240

i just did the swap yesterday, everything in the engine bay matches enough for me...lol it starts up.

the only thing that you have to change for sure is
crossmember
pass side motor mount
pass side axle

and under the dash u have to rewire one clip, for spark and fuel pump
theres 3 main wires you have to get, black and red, blue and black, and a white one.

well i have an entire se-r so everything will be coming off of it

This is a swap we made, no much detail, but it´s a 2001 B13 Tsuru GA16DNE swapped with a SR20DE lowport from a Lucino GSR. Took us 2 weeks to figure out the wiring.

yeah i'll be taking alot of detailed pics, seeing as how all of the writeups are just words
i don't like to read i am a visual man lol
