Archiving The Entire Tech Library...

I've already started archiving the Tech Library to my computer. Looks like it's going to be over 1 gig of stuff. I'm downloading the entire Tech Library forum/sub forum. I want to save all of this info in case something happens to it.

I think I'll do the turbo forum next...but time for bed. Should be done when I wake up, already at 130MB.

maybe we all need to cooperate on that.

Kudos for the tech library and please, keep on downloading!!!

If the method & site archiver/downloader you are using is user friendly, maybe you should share it with us and we can split the task!!!

There are way too many threads with incredible info in the old forum, NOT in the Tech Library. Threads with input from choaderboy, bigtoe, etc. are all over the place. We do need to get them as well!!

I'm using a prog called HTTrack.

It allows you to download entire websites. I got the entire main forum of the tech library downloaded already, but the program did not automatically download the sub forums like tech info-->turbo/vvl/turbo guides

So I'm going to have to enter those URLs separate.

The main tech forum came out to 206MB of data. This is a complete archive w/pictures and everything. I'm assuming with the sub-forums, we're looking at about 320MB total.
