Thread: anyone have pics of clutch spacers?

i am in need of some pics of how or where to install spacers to tighten the clutch cabl up as mine stretched out i need a temp fix.

is there a way to add spacers without having to do that brass drill out ordeal?

any input?

I just did it the other day. Go buy some washers from Lowe's or a home supply place. They are 1" inside diameter. You'll need two or maybe more so get two packs. Put them between the bracket and the rubber portion of the clutch cable assembly. I have pics but haven't uploaded yet. You don't need pics. Just get these washers.

and a 1" to 3/4" reducer. i got mine in copper, not sure if there is other flavors that work(brass, steel, pvc)
