You Have NO idea how much I hate that! The damn Owner pages get so damn overrun nowadays by the same effing adds by obvious dealers, it has become extremely difficult to find anything or browse casually. Grrrrrr!

^ YES!!! 100% agreed. I had such a hard time in Phoenix this past December buying a replacement Taurus for my Mother In Law (7 out of 10 were DEALERS mis-advertising to circumvent paying a fee to CL)

I was so damn annoyed with the process that buying from a private seller was a hell of a challenge but I managed FINALLY (and got lucky buying from an honest seller who was a Ford Mechanic who happened to do all his own maintenance with only Ford Parts and was very honest so paying a small premium to know what we were getting was not an issue).


AND when I turned around to sell my MILs old taurus back home, I went out of my way to clearly say this was a private sale (not a dealer) and showed maintenance history, etc. (sold to 1st person who came to look at it actually who told me about all the problems they were having with shady flippers and shady dealers.. lol)

Since it is a JDM import, better hope it has all the legal paper work to go with it or it ain't worth a hill of beans to Johnny Law.
