That Kia Forte hatch always turns my head when I see them. When it comes time to replace Katie's Beetle, it will get a test drive (if I can remember to include it). However, I figured it would be too small for consideration in this thread.

The 2012 Forte hatch has LESS cargo space with the rear seats up than the Protege5 and no roof rack unless aftermarket. Nevermind, back to the Hyundai...

In all seriousness I was trying to decide on a wagon for what seemed like an eternity... finally settled on the OXT, which broke... twice. So now I am on the road with my escalade and seriously considering adding a roadmaster to the fleet. Of coirse I still have to fix the subie when I get home too. It is very hard to choose a mildly intersting wagon nowadays.

I'd go with a Volvo 240 wagon with 302 swap before I'd even fathom a roadmaster. They are probably just as easy to find too.
So true about the lack of choices though.

Maybe the new IDx will have a wagon version?
