Slightly off topic ...... but i really need some help
Lets just say, wouldn't post some obvious SEARCH bait .... but we're desperate.
My 1994 Sentra LE mitt GA16 is throwing 'check engine' codes, and i'm in no condition to pull ECU and read the blinking light. Not with a recently badly broken dominant hand and the fact it's cold/snow bound in Chicago right now. Pics of xRay will be available.

Runs no different than it did before SOTP mostly. Some minor hesitation stone cold. Maybe an odd odor once almost fully warmed up. That's it.
I've retightened the gas and oil caps. What else can commonly cause this?
Will plug in ye olde Techtom next time i drive it (on the way to hand surgeon tomorrow), to look at O2 sensor, flow meter and injector pulses.
Any other suggestions.

Hang up & Drive!

Bad O2 sensor can cause a stumble at low rpm and when letting off throttle, will also cause car to run rich resulting in gas odor.

Was thinking that, but O2 readings were in spec. Smell wasn't gas, more of a burning engine/gear oil. Very faint, like I may be imagining it.
It actually fixed itself now that Chi-town is out of the deep freeze ATM.
Think it was the AAC %. At idle, FSM sez 20-40%. A couple days ago it was 52. Today it was 44.............no light
WOOT
