Bring it inline with the 05-06 Altima SE-R. It is almost as big now and with there not being an actual "sports" package in the Altima or the "Four-Door-Sports-Car"-Maxima, I think the market for it is just right.

I know that it may not be in the same vein as the original SE-R, but to achieve that I really think the awful Versa would have to be stepped up a notch.

I think that it is also time for Nissan to employ the V9X diesel in their truck lineup... Just saying. Luckily, Chuck is on his way out soon. He did a great job of turning the place around, but as evident, I think he has lost a lot of the enthusiasm and fun that the old burger badge used to offer.

Also, I am being this long winded because the mods have decided that I now need 100 posts to view the MoshPit area. So I am posting as much relevant stuff as I can. I do apologize for the needless multiple posts!

I admire your enthusiasm, but merged your posts anyway.

I would take a 370Z if it had 50hp less, weighed 500lbs less, and had a back seat. Why does this seem so hard?

Because they don't LISTEN to enthusiasts. Money is what they are after. Carlos honestly only cared about the GT-R and even then, there was a huge gap between the R34 and R35. He might have had some imput in preserving the Z but thats it. Subyota actually polled enthusiasts to get their car and from what I can tell, it's paying dividends. Toyota definitely needed it and it certainly doesn't hurt Subaru's image. I do agree that cars like the SE-R are getting cooler. Good point eggman

Hell, I've been wanting this for years. The SR20 kept me in the FWD game. Cheap insurance, practicality. Building the sentra has been awesome, but now I want to track a car that can more easily offer cornering grip. I really wanted a 240, but they are getting pretty old and hammered.

If nissan brought back a 200sx (rwd), or 510 I would be handing my money right over. I'm in the market for a new car, and it would be sick to see a restyled 510. I can just imagine it now.

I wish Nissan would listen to their fan base like Dodge does

Also fuck a 4 door car unless there is a 2 door version of it.
