Anyone know about 4 cylinder mustangs?
Had some guys trying to get a piece of the sentra the other night at the track.

They said it was a turbo 4 cylinder foxbody. Never really heard much about them. Anyone know what they can do with basics or mild work? Don't wanna get suckered into something when all I have is a 'stock' sentra.

yep, use to own one. They are fun little cars, but because of the weight ratio they can burn some rubber without going anywhere.

By the way they are called SVO's

Cool thank you sir.

I wasn't sure what to expect when they approached me but I turned the offer down since my car isn't tuned yet. May take them up on it once I put my cams in. No chance of my car getting traction on street tires.

Same exact motor in the Merkur XR4Ti those are way sexier than the SVO's when done up in my opinion.

Not all turbo Mustangs were the SVO. You could get a turbo Stang from '79 to '81, I think. Then they came back for a '84-'85. The SVO engine had a higher output than the standard fare. I once drove a turbo '79 Indy Pace Car, what a blast.
