Took her out in the rain last night. Traction control off. Hit 2nd with a little kick and out goes the tail. This is my first RWD car, and its going to take some time to get acquainted with the balance of the car. Empty parking lots are my friend. Water will lower the limits enough to where I can play and learn.

One thing that still surprises me is the torque output. Its pretty good. I would like to get this engine broken in fully before really banging on it, though I will admit I haven't been a perfectly good boy.

Boxers have always had wonderful torque output. It's nice and fat.

I will be ready for my turbo model.

The guys at Subaru did listen unlike the bastards at Nissan.

I have already owned a WRX STI and have no problems now changing my brand loyalty

Intake noise is plumbed to the cabin. It sounds very eager to go. Nice induction noise. It gives the car a little more personality.

The suspension shares some with the WRX but it feels so much better.

Silly new cars with insulated firewalls block all of the fun sounds

I am going to go out and get some pics to post up. I want to feel this thing up top with some 91 octane at least. The dealer put 87 in it. But it is decently quick the way it is, and the sensation of speed is much improved over the sentra. It feels like I'm going 60mph when I'm doing 50. but 80mph comes so easily. Its a perfectly balanced factory car.

Sounds terrific Coheed.

I might want the turbo model, I know the vast majority of folks on this forum would want more power. However, I would very likely be satisfied with the NA model and some bolt-ons.
