Sooooo, got some contact from the dealer. They said my allocation for my color and options is going to come sooner than they though. they were surprised, they haven't been expecting it until the end of the year.

I'm taking what they say with a grain of salt, but I was told a lot of people know of this particular allocation, as subaru makes them public. And there's people lined up to take the car if I don't want it lol.

Sweet.

Hope they don't throw in a surprise dealer mark up when you go to pick it up.

I actually already talked to them about that. They promised MSRP pricing, zero markup. It's partially the reason this dealer can't keep them in stock. All the other suby dealers want about $32k-$36k.

I hope you have plans to make it produce more power cuz from the factory it puts down 160 hp and 132ft.lbs. of torque stock to the wheels on the dyno. With an aftermarket filter and full exhaust it managed to put down 166hp and 137ft.lbs of torque, don't believe me? pick up the latest copy of Import Tuner on their power pages. For it to be rated at 200hp it sure does take a bit of a loss through the drivetrain. But hey it looks decent

that just means 20% drivetrain loss, which is normal on a rwd car.

full exhaust, intake and tune gets over 200whp on a dynojet. That's decent enough.

Also, swapping to E85 nets you a 30whp gain. And map switching is available on the fly with ECUtek tuning.

If they only made this car come stock with 300whp NA it would be stellar.
