So we're driving around in a legacy 2.5i premium, CVT with a few bells and whistles. Love it so far. Dealer has the Armada right now and GM claims he can get my 10.5k for the truck. I'm skeptical so we'll see. Going to hit them for loyalty bonus too.

I've test drove one before. Really nice. Lots of room. Quiet on the hwy. But i kinda felt it is was a little heavy for the a 2.5 moter having to turn all 4 wheels.

My wife doesn't care for the mileage, but that was coming from a 4-cyl Camry. Coming from an Armada, that must be amazing mileage! LOL

I think the estimated averages are a bit high, but coming from an average 14mpg, 28mpg is fantastic so far.

I love how it rides. Depending on financials and offers thrown back and forth, we're hoping to take one home. I'm absolutely 100% firm on my $10.5K trade in. I'm not budging from that because I'm not going to throw money down on top. If they don't like it, I'll walk and wait until I return from deployment to order one instead, and with the options I want.

I'd love even a 2.5GT, but it needs to be an automatic.

Okay so all weather package. Sirius XM, deck lid spoiler, wheel locks, popular package (Bluetooth, puddle lights, etc), for 24,500 after trade in and dealer discount. They wouldn't give me over 10k for trade, so I told him I'd take $1000 additional off sticker and include XM install.

The services like oil changes etc. are free for a lifetime, so I come out a bit better. And a lot better than with armada.

My mom has an Outback with the the 3.6R. It's very comfy and roomy even in the backseat and gets 26-28 mpg at 75-80mph w/ A/C blowing and nice passing power.
