It is in my opinion that the 93 Ford Excort RS Cosworth is a far better car than the 93 Pulsat GTI-R. Also this is a much easier car to work on in my opinion also.

Having owned a 93 escort gt that had some bolt'ons they have allways had a spot in my heart. Ive seen one in person leagaly registerd in the US it was breath taking .

Great car. I guess they were too fast for us 'stupid Americans'. American car not sold in America...makes sense to me.

Its funny you say that, because the Cossie probably doesn't share too much with the American Escort counterpart and the Escort series itself was originally developed for the European market in the 60s

I love that car. I dont know if any of you watch the show Wheeler Dealer on Velocity, but they had a show on this car, well it was the 4-door, but it was awesome. Why does America always get shafted when it comes to cars?

We get shafted because of the NTSB. Manufacturers abroad don't want to put anymore money in trying to meet NTSB regulations on safety. That's why you see all these most sought after imports being blacklisted.
