i found one for a good price and i figured having an suv i could trailer my car, but i keep reading terrible reviews about the transmissions going without warning. Any info/experiences would be a good help thanks!
my pops had one for about 2 weeks before it started acting up on him (flashing 4wd light, hard shifts, flashing dashboard lights) he got rid of it to avoid the headaches

You keep reading terrible reviews (and you'll get a good price) for a reason. Two women I work with have/had 2000+ Trailblazers and have had nothing but problems. Another guy at work had two of the the smaller mid 90's "Jimmy" versions and had major issues with both, then traded the last one on the GMC version of the Trailblazer which immediately gave him problems from new. Yet another woman at work bought a new Chevy Equinox in '06 which was also a turd, finally blowing a head gasket after 5 years and 64k miles.
Had one,2007,.......ran outa fucking, gas cuz theres a defectc within the gas tank...died like 3 times cuz of it...woods fill up the tank, drive out the lot abd would say empty...problem with all envoys, trailblazers, rainiers, and ascenders....and the service light for traction control always came in and off....

Coworker has one, Believe it's an 06~07? Anyhow, 80K miles on it and the PS pump is already on it's way out. And he's very mechanically inclined and takes great care of his vehicles.
