There is, i was part of it till i sold my 05 se-r altima. When i bought it the rust was starting in 08, sanded and rubber coated it to prevent any worse. Before i buy another altima se-r in the future its the first thign i check.

I live in CT and I only wash my cars twice. About a week after I get them and about a week before I sell them. I don't winterize or garage them. I drive the shit out of every vehicle I've ever owned. I've never had a problem like this. Either that was a flood car or just really cheaply made.

I currently roll around in a Versa. Bought in 09 brand new and now has 90k miles on it. I might have to go take a peak underneath it. Considering it was the cheapest car in America to buy, if anything is going to rot out it's gonna be this
