Honestly, I wish I had never bought the se-r and had kept my 02 dx k20 swapped. I miss that car.

I will upload some pics tonight, I have some nice pics, since the car was bought from a friend, but it has the previous RIMS, I have different ones now...
I love this car! Gas mileage is awesome, SE-R is still not sorted out, will probably need a new T28

So, bringing this thread back from the dead, here are a couple of pics of the car with the new rims (taken from the SE-R, since I will be selling the sentra, I want to keep this rims).
Since they are 114mm I had to use a 1 inch adapter, so they stick out real nice, but I am currently working on the clearing issues.
Let me know what you think
Hope you guys don't minde me rocking the sr20-forum plate frame

Bout to do all the major maintenance on the MDX tomorrow. Timing belt, water pump, crank and cam seals, tensioner, idler, auto tensioner, coolant change, thermostat, power steering fluid change, center and rear diff fluid change, trans drain and refill, and valve lash adjustment.

This will be the second service on the fluids. The timing belt and all other stuff is still original and still in pretty good shape when I removed the cover. 141K+ miles now. Not a single leak or seepage of any kind of fluid but its well over the recommended 105k mile service. Should be good to go for another 100K+ miles. Using all honda/acura parts. Easily been the best vehicle I have owned.

I bought a 99 SI last Thursday to match my 2000 Civic EX (that will be sold). My to-do list is similar to Ashton's - will pick up timing belt, water pump, front main seal, cam seals, thermostat, and a couple other things on Friday from the dealer. Ordered Apexi WS exhaust from GregV yesterday too (previous owner cut the muffler off and replaced it with a resonated tip....a little obnoxious).

Dont get the parts from the dealer or you will spend double what you can get them for on Ebay. I purchase all my oem parts off ebay. Example for my complete timing belt kit which includes the timing belt, idler, tensioner, auto tensioner, water pump, 2 cam seals, 1 crank seal, and the serpentine belt cost me 325 shipped off ebay. Those parts from the dealer would have been $600+. I had to do the two rear window regulators at different times when the cables broke and found oem honda regulator/motor kits for each from ebay for $147 shipped. $300+ from the dealer is what they would have cost. Whats funny is the seller i bought them from is actually selling parts from an AZ acura dealer.

But yeah, never buy new parts from the dealer unless its something small that really isnt expensive. Other than that, buy online and save.

I agree. I priced parts from several online Honda dealers (Majestic & a couple others), and I was able to talk the local guys down 10% on a $325 order. I'm paying ~$20 more for the entire order, but these guys are 8 minutes from my office; and I'll have them just as soon or quicker. I thought about eBay, but it was easier in this case to have them order everything since I'll have them cut a new key when I'm there.

I was wanting parts quick since I'm hopeful to get everything changed soon, so I can sell the EX (local SE-R guy seems very interested in it).

This is my 1st B16, and the car has a K&N intake system - the car gets loud when the cams switch.....reminds me of my old VE NX. My 4 yo son rode with me, and he kept telling me to "do it again" when I would slow down and hammer it to the VTEC switch. I turbo'ed my old EF SI (ZC swap) before I got into the SR's. This SI will be a fun street car - nothing crazy.

Edit: I'll posts some pics when it warms up, or isn't dark when I get home from work.
