I want the Toyobaru! RWD car that focuses on handling, yes please!

Aesthetics are subjective. That is a damn nice looking vehicle.

Subaru and Toyota both state that the ECU will be open, allowing the owner to potentially tune to his/her hearts desire.

I like this one a lot compared to the FT and the smaller stature vs the others. The only thing that I really don't like is the fender vents or whatever that business is.

but i just feel like if your gonna go new rwd, you cant look over the z and choose this. i know i keep saying it but this is mho.

Size is right, engine is right, handling is right. Slightly heavier than a stock B13 with about 30% more power, a 7500rpm redline, and rwd! But Stratton is also right, at a projected starting price of around 25k, it is hard not to look at a Z/Genesis instead. If this car started at 21k it would be close to perfect.
