This is good. Maybe Mitsu, Mazda, and Nissan will have some responses . I've been thinking for a while now that the Eclipse was way too pudgy. Mitsu should have made the Evo the flagship, and the Eclipse the #2 with RWD and boost with a huge weight reduction from the current car.

Hyundai is already using a variant of the 4B11 in rwd for the Genesis. I wonder why Mitsu never followed suit.

Nissan well we were all deprived of the S15 and the world is waiting for the S16. Mazda makes some great rwd sportscars. All they really have to do is make a hardtop Miata and they have a car in this fight. The world is also still waiting for a true replacement to the FD3S.

I actually think the real one looks better than its concept, but by today's standards name a better looking car.... (that achieves the same goals)
props to toyota for having the balls to build a car that has no real-world market, just people on the internet wishing

i think the scoob looks better imo. just lose the wing, and add a trunk lip type, and you should be golden. its the tailights of the ft-86 that get to me, along with the the funky piston crank thing on the fenders to let you know its a boxer engine. the layout of the inside does look promising however.
