I come bearing gifts.
This time from the FFR crowd.

It takes a while to readjust to thinking about tires in widths of 205, 225 and similar when you spend time with the domestic racing guys.

Here's Mike's FFR Type 65 Coupe with 315s all around.


Here's PROFAB's FFR Roadster with (effectively) 455/25/20 Mickey Thompsons in the rear. Yes that's 18" wide.

THAT is exactly what I was thinking.....how much do those damn tires cost?

Those are some damn fine repli-cars. Smokin' good fun, and that classic Cobra look is eternally bad-ass. They just look like they are gonna bite your ass.
