Facebook album permalink (in case the images don't show up in the future).

Dan took some pics of some of his TIG welding.

A client of Dan's is finally upgrading to an external wastegate so Dan hooked him up with a 44mm provision. The client wouldn't trust anyone but him to modify his high dollar turbo manifold.

Dan gave me the job of cutting the hole in the downpipe.

Dan and the TIG. Don't try to convince him to wear gloves.

Took pics of the guy's new wheels too. These are 17 x 8 I think? Stupid light weight. I picked one up and was really surprised. They are going on his purple BMW e28.

They have a nice nickle finish.

Katie's Beetle needed new tires so off to the shop it went.

Dan mounted the tires while I sat back and sipped lemonade.

The BMW e28 also got the rear end modified for adjustable toe and camber. The stock bolts are swapped for eccentrics. Welding, grinding and a level + good eye is involved.

Rear sub frame got painted too.

There is the BMW next to the SE-R. The BMW is getting more work and my Sentra is awaiting the engine/transmission.

Millermatic 180
Miller Diversion 165.

I love them both, I haven't needed any more current.

Those were some of my first welds. I've gotten a bit better with some practice.

Hey Dan, try using more filler rod and things will be smoother. I'm sure you got that already though with practice.

Also good choice on the miller stuff.
