How To: Remove NX2000 Dash

Well for those who are interested here is a write up on how to remove the nx dash.
The whole process was quite simple, only took me maybe 2hrs to complete.
Tools needed:
10mm socket with ratchet
phillip head screw driver
flat head screw driver
It is actually a little tricky to write this up with no photos so bare with me.
The very first thing I did was removed the glove box. Really no explaination there, simply remove all screws.
Second I removed all of the screws that held in the radio(4 screws), heat and air controls(4 screws), cup holders(2 screws), and then the 4 screws that hold the center trim in place(2 at the top and 2 at the bottom).
After the trim is removed you will need to pop the two vents out of the top and unplug your hazard and rear window defrost switches. After that you should be able to remove the trim all together.
Next I popped the two covers off on top of the dash with the phillips head screw driver which revealed 2 phillips head bolts, one on each side. I couldnt fit a socket in there due to the angle so I just used the phillips head screw driver.
Then after removing those bolts, I removed the piece of plastic under the steering wheel( I am not sure if this is needed inorder to remove the dash, but with my project I had to remove it).
Next on my list was to remove the trim around the gauges(this will have your dimmer switch and other accesories mounted to it). You are pretty much on your own there, remove needed screws then cram your hand in behind the trim to remove the harnesses from the switches. The trim around the gauge pod is fairly easy, it consist of removing 2 screws at the top then it should slide out. It is easier to slide out if your steering wheel is all the way down.
Now for the gauge cluster. This was the hardest part of the project, 6 screws hold the cluster in, after removing the screws slide the gauge pod out as far as possible then proceed to cram your hand in behind it to remove the plugs and speedo cable. If I remember correctly there is a total of 4 or 5 plugs and the speedo cable.
Behind the gauge cluster will be a single screw that will need to be removed.
Finally there is a 10mm nut on both sides of the dash in the bottom corners, after they are removed all that is left is a few shakes angles and pulls and the dash is out.
