How to get 25mm extra clearance front fender? Possible to bend/roll them this much?
From this thread, looks like I need to fit a lower offset. http://www.sr20-forum.com/g20/77966-225-40-18-kumho-v70a-40mm-offset-problems-front-strut.html

I was thinking to fit some universal over fenders but the rear wheels have so much space they wont need them.

Instead of using bolt of fenders only on the front (something like these Parafanghi JDM Style Fender Flares Universal Ø 630 mm 5 Cm | eBay )

Is it possible to bend the front fender out by 25mm to make the space?

25mm looks like a lot

I'm not sure if something like an Eastman fender roller would be able to do the job, or is a bolt on solution the only way to go?

Anyone have any experience of making big space in the fenders?

Just rolling the fenders won't be enough because you will have to pull them as well (what we ended up doing on the front for our g20 track rat anyway)

Hello Chris. Yeah I was think of using the Eastman to pull the fenders.

I do not know if you can use an Eastman for that, is it strong enough?

Would you have a picture so I can see how your fender looks?

the front fender was easy enough to use the eastwood roller to move it out... the rear is much stronger and we just grabbed and pulled with leather gloves (its a race car and we weren't as concerned about looking perfect)

photo wont' show much but I have this:
