Did he mean gas consumption decreased? Not sure how else it's surprising that bigger lobes, that keep the vales open longer so that the engine can suck in more air to fuel mixture, eat more gas .

EDIT: P.S. Does this above still apply? That's a big hinder for us 00-02 guys.

Yes that is still the case, even B15 Sentra's don't have an ECU tuning option. Aem doesn't seem to even make a step down harness for 32 bit plugs.

I just convert mine to OBD1 and run Nemu.

Just took the hotshot headers and intake off the car. Went back to stock header and intake. Night and day difference. Car has picked up some lowend and accelerates way smoother. I am happy I "downgraded" it and expect to pick up some MPG also. Bottom line p11s are slow. Deal with it lol.

T25 kit at stock boost. Bolt on will not help or hurt the bottom end, will just help the top end.

Interesting. Now that's two people that says the stock manifold has more torque. What about the S3R's?

I just fired up my P11, should have some side by side virtual dynos to backup some numbers about the headers. I also have a 2.25 SSAC downpipe to test with.

This is great, now we just need a set of S3R cams to test with.

Got the P11 running with the roller rocker again. Man it is slow, even with an SSAC 2.25".

Anyway I hope to have some virtual dyno numbers by this weekend (between different configs)

If i didn't have to deal with OBDII Inspections i would have VE Boosted mines already .

I would do a fully bolted VE in mine, but I don't trust the torque converter. People say it's the trans, but that doesn't make since that the 00-02 gears on the P11 (even though it is auto) trans would be to weak to handle a N/A VE. If I could fine some torque converter options, I would consider it. I have an extra VE just sitting.

^I know. I love the comfort, but it's one of the slowest cars I have ever driven. It cruises well at high speeds, but it's like a 300lb guy trying to come out of the starting blocks at the Olympic 100m final. He probably won't have good results.

You really should have bought the 5 speed. It's much much more enjoyable to drive. It's slow because going from 220wtq to 120 is a big fall. With even 200whp/200wtq P11 fee's much more lively.

Now with 200whp and 150wtq (VE powers), P11 is still slow. P11's are not worthy of VE's honestly, they don't do them justice. I almost want to say the p11 feels better right now with an RR then it did with a VE.
