So kind of like mine.

That's funny. Nissan didn't start winning championships until the P11. In fact, no Japanese manufacturer had ever won the BTCC until the P11. Winning P11s sit alongside Skylines in the Nissan Heritage museum. Go count the P10s in there.

Just saying.

Funny because the P11 that was a race car in BTCC had an IRS and no other P11 besides a P11 T4 has IRS in the world.

^ meanwhile, our p10 has won NASA Nationals 2 years in a row (only 2 years it has been entered) and has 14 current track records in its class!

BUT the p11 you speak of is NOT the same P11 we daily drive here in the USA (and that along with weight is what has kept us away)

Not to mention the engineering team and driver changes that were made for the 1997 and up BTCC Nissan that really helped make the car a winner all around with the kick-ass suspension they put on it.

Wow. Let's see...4x4 setup would be even heavier. I guess, maybe, they made further modifications and tuning to account for weight, like Mitsubishi and Subaru and Audi and...you get my point.

Really, that P11 wasn't the same as the daily driver P11? So you're saying your winning P10 is the same as a daily driver P10? Or, WTF apples to oranges point are you trying to make? Your comment is interesting, hand claps for you, but that has nothing to do with the facts I stated.

Driving teams likely had more that anything to do with their success. Their dramatic increase in success from previous years running P10s, which I'm not saying is a bad or even worse platform.

What I'm saying is the shit talking against P11s, particularly as it relates to people interested in making mods to it, making improvements to it from stock and/or against it as a viable platform are garbage and based on convenient, vacuum-sealed assumptions.

You brought up BTCC, first.

Don't try to flip this discussion around.

What is YOUR end game from the comments you have made?

Flip this discussion around?

Look at the title of this thread. Look at your comment. What relevance does the beam have in this at all? What is its connection to the auto trans? What is its connection to the vehicle speed? What is its relevant connection to vehicle weight?

My end game is I see same-shit-different-day-different-forum and I'm going to point it out.
