the RR auto is retarded slow compared to the 99 because of the extra cat on the exhaust so changing up the exhaust will help tremendously

Actually RR is not that bad. Even autotragic P11 reved faster to redline then my 99 SE-L (with intake cam and header, exhaust etc.). 4cw crank plus low friction rockers = pretty nice.

Turbo RR coming soon here

2b. G20.net - Forums <--- Do I really need this with the ssac? If so, where can I get one?
3. Bump timing to 17 or 19? Stock is 13 or 15 for these cars?
4. Would under pulley help on auto?

1. Pop charger felt nice on my B14, esp with AC on, but not on P11, felt no difference (car weight at fault?)

2. I am getting my 00 P11 running NA with a stock RR, I will try stock header vs SSAC 2-2.5" Curious on tq vs hp gains.
2. No need for gaskets, but make sure to unbolt EGR from both locations so it fits better
3. I bumped my timing to 19 from stock 15, didn't really notice much of a difference.
4. RR's don't like crank pulleys, just keep that in mind.

What I've learned from modding 2 p11's, don't, just enjoy the ride. They are too heavy for 5bhp gains to make a difference, but the amount of discomfort you get from noise or vibrations just is not worth it. I only have an intake on my wife's P11, it seems to help gas mileage, but Im about to install a stock airbox.

Cup holders do suck.

What's wrong with the suspension?

You have a non USDM p11, have you ever hit the scale? Non USDM p11's weigh as much as a USDM B15, 2700lbs tops usually. That 300lbs makes a HUGE difference.

^I haven't researched yet, but how are the guys going about tuning the 00-02 ECU? I hear the 99 is more favored because of this.

Keep in mind auto trans will have issues when you push more power too, I believe they don't like anything above 140wtq, don't quote me on that though!

Correction even VE swap wont make it all that much better.

^No offense, but I hope that is on stock cams. P11's are heavy. My B13 rapes coming out of the hole like that with N1's.

Yeah, stock cams and no tune. Ebay header.

P11 are quite heavy, but they move much better with a VE swap.

P11's are slow. Auto p11's are flat out slow. I've been through 2. Hit the gas to pass someone and fall asleep!

I do have hotshot headers and cai, I will be removing in the next week or so if you'd like.

Did the header make the auto a lot louder? I have a Pop charger, but it didn't really do much. I guess it will help the gas mileage, so I'll leave it on there.

If your exhaust is stock, it will be quiet.
