P11 pad has slightly more area than p10, as far as fitting goes they will fit in either of the carrier brackets but the difference is the mounting hardware, the thin shiny metal at each end of the carrier that hold the pads and prevents rattle. That springy bit is designed for each pad shape in its respective application. This can be swapped between carriers and is available for sale at a small cost, I have also seen them come in some pad sets that were complete with mounting hardware.

Use of the p10 pad in the p11 carrier will cause the disk to be worn all the way to the edge instead of the usual unused bit of rotor that sits at the outer edge about an eight of an inch or so. This is due to the increased curvature(of the pad) because of the smaller disk it was designed for.

I have not tried the P11 in the P10 carrier aside from fitment off the vehicle but I guess conversely the (unused) band at the edge of the disk will now be thicker than previously and there may be interference issues with the raised portion of the disk (the hat)

to improve braking is possible to use the brakes on Nissan Skyline R34 - 4 port (brake disc to reduce up to 30 * 300mm), or from a nissan 300zx - z32 (brake disc should be reduced to 30 * 272mm) is installed without changing the design.
sorry for my bad English.
