Also know that these arent cheapy thin stamped steel flanges, these are 1/2" thick mild steel flanges, and the flexpipe used is not a cheapy flex pipe, this is a vibrant 2.5" SS interlock flexpipe.
Im fully aware you can buy a VRS downpipe in 2.5" for $205 shipped that uses cheapy stamped steel flanges that are thin and they also use a cheap flex pipe and MIG welded.
My downpipe fits nice and is tucked up essentially as high as you can go literally, just look at the pictures and its 100% TIG welded.
