Chris, did you end up picking up that AR2 Touring Cloth P11?

^ sadly no... drove 6 hours only to find out it wouldn't make the drive home without repairs first we weren't prepared to do there in the street without proper clothing, tools and parts

Someone local snagged it up after we left... Had we been local, it could have been ours but there was just no way it could have made it 370 miles in that condition (power steering leak was no longer a slow one along with other issues)

I've only owned two chassis, B13(NX), and B15 SE-R. I've driven my mom's old P10 many times, and I liked it. Never been in a P11, or B14. Never touched a classic either. Though I like to. I see it like this, B13(NX), P10, B13(classic), B15, P11, B14. The last 2 are based on looks alone. I don't care for either much, but never drove, or ridden in.

If it has a beam, something is just not right about it. I loathe the suspension in my b14 that I drive every day and have owned for the past seven years.

^^^^ why did you buy it if you dislike the "BEAM".

Ever heard of the saying "young and dumb" ?

At some point, we all must realize that we make poor choices for the wrong reasons. I wanted a two door when I was young. Now, I would prefer a four door for practicality. I used to think it was a nice looking car and I do not so much anymore. I really dislike the rear of the 200SX. The Sentra is better, but the 200SX looks very ugly. I did not care what suspension any car had on it when I was 16/17 years old. IRS is a must have on any car I would want to drive whether it is a race car or a daily driver.

I don't change cars like seasons or even every other year. I like to stick with something that is dead stone reliable and my POS, slow, rusty, beam-cursed 200SX does all of that.

TOP GEAR
SEASON 2 EPISODE 1

#1 worst car ever made: NISSAN SUNNY

"aside from being very ugly, the nissan sunny is the blandest . a stick of celery is more appropriate to buy than a Nissan Sunny, the sunny is a abomination due to its lack of features or personality"

they then took a jet engine dragster and burned the sunny to dust with its exhaust flames

BAWHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA

My classic was the most fun SR powered car to drive, they don't weigh nothing and the interior feels more sporty, especially the seats but I have owned more B14's than anything and I can honestly say it's my least favorite interior, not sporty feeling at all. I bought my P11 cause I was having a baby and wanted a 4 door SR powered car. I only did minimal cosmetic and bolt-ons and people ask me what it is all the time which never happens with my B14 and it has a bunch more mods lol. I'll admit the rear beam sucks but I have no plans to track my cars and don't live in a twistie area so I'm fine with that.

The biggest thing I don't understand is you B13/P10 IR suspension guys have the easist platform for an AWD conversion and only a few try. I'm surprised there isn't more people as long as the forums have been around. If those Mirage/lancer boys can do it so can we!!!

I don't know about other people but I have zero interest in converting to AWD. The AWD Primera (for example) was never offered for sale here so getting parts would be a PITA IMHO and I just don't feel the need to go through all that work when we have so many other projects that still need addressing anyway.
