Thread: G20 paint opinion

I'm planning on completely repainting my black 2002 G20 Sport this year, and although I love my black B13 and think that no other color would look as good with the mods I did to it, the G20 is another story and I don't feel that black suits it too well. I bought a TE-V bumper for it and the difference from that bumper and the OEM one are not as noticeable as say a B13 4 fog and a oem bumper. I think that what makes that bumper nicer wouldn't be noticeable on a black car. Bottom line, I find black G20s boring.

I'm planing on painting the car blue although I like red G20s
I'm leaning more towards blue. I have the same wheels as this car and that's one of the main colors I'm considering Maui Blue:

I'd probably paint the wheels similarly, but no carbon fiber hood and these head lights and bumper with the oem grill:


Another color I'm contemplating is the Bayside Blue from the R34 GT-R, I love that color but I'm not completely sure that it would suit the G20 well. As for the Maui Blue I already know it looks good.

Please let me know what you guys think.

I read the first paragraph and thought I agree with that, so im thinking what color... then a nice blue comes to mind, then I continue reading your thread and see the blue.. lol thats pretty good. I like the Maui Blue, good choice.

I was thinking Patriot Blue would look sharp, thats on chysler/dodge/jeeps. They have 2 versions ones a Pearl color a hint lighter then the regular version. You may want to check them out, whats cool is that it seems a different shade of blue depending on light.

Merlot I'd never seen before that must the rarest color for the P11, but I'm not a fan.
The lighter pearl blue is definitely nice.
