been a pretty busy winter with operation cheater car.....

super bowl sunday the crew got together to add some lightness.

Doors off to be skinned



after cutting out 20+ lbs per door



rear door remounted...note pimpy mounting of awesome cage


about 50 lbs or so from the dash


new fender and welding doors back on


lightness


blingy new QR hub and working tach


in all we estimate that we cut about 150-175 lbs out of the car....still have countless wiring harnesses to cut and small things to add....looking for top 3 finishes this season

about 12 lbs of wiring harness cut out over the weekend....all anti-theft, door modules, etc....

After Infiniti being involved in the IRL for so many years, it's good to see someone carrying on the fine tradition of Infiniti circle track racing.

Oh now i see why you need so many door bars, how do you get in and out if it? Dukes of Hazard styles ?

yep, doors are required to be welded shut
